Etler-Kettenacker Agency’s Disaster Preparation Paid Off

Early morning January 10th, EK Agency’s disaster preparation was put to the test.  All week EK Agency had been servicing many of their clients with water burst claims due to last week’s sudden plunge to sub-zero temperatures when they faced the same crisis.  As seen in the photos the damage to the building that houses EK Agency was extensive from the rupture of sprinkler system pipes.  To see the full page on how Etler-Kettenacker Agency’s disaster preparation paid off view the full page at http://www.ekagency.com/ekagency_disaster_prep/paid_off.aspx.

EK Agency’s Manager, Rachel Kettenacker-Butler was alerted of the pipe burst and came in quickly to determine the extent of the damage.  The EK office itself suffered some damage since it was one floor below where the pipe ruptured.  The office opened as usual and EK was able to continue servicing their clients in need and who were experiencing the same event.  Sue to EK Agency’s up-to-date technology the agency can operate remotely and phones can be forwarded so its employees can service their clients no matter what set-back or disaster EK Agency may face.  The proof is in the facts, Etler-Kettenacker Agency’s disaster preparation paid off and business continued without any interruption.  This proves the EK Agency is always there for their clients when they need them.
