Unknowingly our policy rates went up and we sent in our payment. But you took it upon yourselves to find better rates to save us money and let us know we would be getting a refund. You also informed us of a couple new coverages that you thought we may be interested in. One we accepted and one we didn’t. We also recently referred our daughter to your agency. It’s become commonplace to view our casualty insurance as a commodity, measured primarily in terms of premium cost (I’m reminded daily that 15 minutes could save me 15% on car insurance). Premium cost is definitely a factor, but I’ve never received a separate bill for great service or tried to compute the value of my trusted relationship with Herb, Rachel & their team.
