Jaime Smiddy and Rachel Butler were recently featured in a video highlighting the SHE Travels Initiative sponsored by one of our partner companies, Travelers Insurance.  During Women’s History Month, Travelers urged women within their company and their agents to write Letters of Encouragement.  In 2022, the inaugural year of this project, more than 1300 letters were sent to women all across the country sharing positive words of encouragement.  Travelers sat down with a handful of letter recipients to read their letters for the very first time on camera.  Jaime and Rachel were honored to be the only agent duo featured in this short video.  Travelers and Etler-Kettenacker Agency hopes this film inspires you to share words of encouragement with your colleagues every day!
