COVID-19 affects more than just your work and social routines.  It affects your insurance too!  We've gathered all of the relevant insurance information and company updates in one location for you!  We divided the information into two sections - one for Business Customers and one for Personal (home and auto) Customers.  Most of our carriers have set up a Coronavirus resource page.  Please visit your carrier’s website (links provided at the bottom of this page) for additional details to learn how they are helping their clients by adopting special payment arrangements, providing additional or expanded coverage, and giving back to their community. 

Business Customers:  We have a TON of resources for you.  Here is what we think will be most helpful to you, but I guarantee we have more information.  If you have questions, we have the answers.  Just ask!

  • Business Income coverage - This was the first question business customers were asking when COVID-19 burst into our life!  While it is unlikely your policy provides this coverage now, we still want you to KEEP TRACK OF YOUR EXPENSES in case companies revisit this in the future!  We urge you to READ THIS PAGE for more information!
  • Am I covered for my employees making deliveries?  First, contact either Nancy or Rachel to review this so we can make sure we have the RIGHT coverage for YOU.  This can be covered for little or no cost, depending on your company, but it’s important to communicate if your employees are making deliveries!   • Need Help With Your Payments?  Every company has special terms, conditions, and allowances to help clients who are facing financial hardship during this time.  Please check out the most up-to-date notes on our blog, or log on to your company’s website for more details.

  • Do you make food, grocery, or medication deliveries? Do you drive for Uber, Lyft or other similar company? Are you a restaurant worker now making deliveries?  Please make sure you have coverage for that.  (Hint!  Unless you contacted us, you probably do not have the right coverage in place, but many companies are allowing a few types of deliveries for a limited time only!)  Some of our companies offer a special endorsement (or rider) that cover you for the "gap period" when Ride-Share companies do NOT cover you.  Please contact us if you are making deliveries.
