For many years, our agency has offered a courtesy call to our clients reminding them of their late payments. Unfortunately, this is a service we will no longer be able to offer. We are not electing to eliminate this service, it is due to a change with the insurance carriers. We are not allowed to offer this as a service anymore. As always, you will receive your invoice, late payment notice, and final cancellation statement from the company which provides your coverage.
